LINO ALVAREZ, Chief Operations Officer
In utilizing his BS in Electronic Engineering and Technology, Mr. Alvarez has effectively designed, procured, project managed, programmed, and constructed control systems for water and wastewater plants for over 7 years. His multiple area of expertise covers design, procurement, and project management of power plants, writing standards and specifications for the electronics industry, and developing new training programs that implemented these standards.

Now a Project Manager and Engineer for Browns Hill Engineering and Controls, the array of projects Mr. Alvarez has contributed to include the Thunderbird Water District, the City of Snowflake WWRP (in Arizona), and the City of Lafayette WWTP among others.
